Dear colleagues,
Today we are providing some initial practical instructions based on what we know so far. As soon as we have new information, we will inform you immediately.
We know that the preparation time is not very long, but we delayed the publication of the invitation due to objective difficulties and decisions that had to be made in Havana. However, we can move quickly and effectively. The circumstances require it.
- We suggest that you arrive in Havana on April 30 or May 1, and depart on May 5. The event will take place in person.
- Each participant will cover all of their own expenses, because, as you understand, the situation in hospitable Cuba today is difficult.
- Each participant in the Institute’s caravan should bring at least some small form of assistance, either medicines or anything else from this list: CTC Cuba Lista
- Please be prepared for the possibility that there may be some power outages due to the embargo.

- Regarding accommodation, we are waiting for detailed instructions from our brothers and sisters at CTC, and we will inform you.
