A rich and timely theoretical discussion began today in Athens at the 1st Theoretical Trade Union Symposium organized by the International Workers’ Institute.
The theme of the Symposium is: “Characteristics of the Working Class in Our Era.”
23 were invited, and 19 are participating. Representatives from the following countries have taken the floor and spoken: Greece, Vietnam, India, Cyprus, Colombia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Palestine, Italy, Chile, France, South Africa, Cuba, Spain, Germany, the USA, Romania, Sweden and Lebanon and of course, the General Secretary of the WFTU.
Soon, the International Workers’ Institute will publish all the speeches .
For those who want to study the subject more deeply, they will also have the possibility to obtain the book that we are planning to publish at the beginning of 2026, where all the speeches will be collected.
